Southern American Inspired Cuisine

An ode to the Deep South, these dishes will transport you back to your childhood. This menu is best served with memories, laughter and stretchy pants. Most customers use this menu to plan out family reunion, Corporate and church events.


Prices vary by selected entrees. All entrees include two side dish choices, a side salad with assorted dressings and choice of bread seen below, unless specified otherwise.

Meat Entrees

Lemon and Herb Roasted Chicken

Chicken marinated with lemon and fresh herbs, then slow roasted until golden brown (bone-in) .

Golden Chicken Fried Chicken

Traditional take on Chicken Fried Steak, but with Chicken. Soaked in buttermilk, seasoned, then fried golden brown. Served with Cream Gravy (boneless).

Classic Fried Chicken

You can’t go wrong with this classic indulgence. Chicken marinated in buttermilk, seasoned and then fried with a slight crisp (bone-in).

Southern Chicken and Waffles

Golden Fried Chicken Cutlets served with Fluffy Buttermilk Waffles and Maple Syrup (boneless).

Bacon Wrapped, Stuffed Chicken Cutlets

This Crowd favorite will make the pickiest of eaters try something new. Chicken cutlets stuffed with oozing cheese and spinach all wrapped in bacon. You almost can’t go wrong here.


Chicken and Country Dumplings

Welcome back to Grandmas house. This Southern Classic will have you reminiscing as you eat our Tender Chicken Thighs covered in Creamy Gravy and Soft Homemade Dumplings (boneless).

Feeling a little outdoorsy? Here’s a classic everyone loves. Mesquite Grilled Chicken coated in our sweet and spicy homemade barbecue sauce.(Bone-in)

Roasted Spiral Cut Ham served with a pineapple brown sugar glaze (Boneless)
