Just In Case Catering Refund Policy for Prepared Food
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available only for uneaten food. We cannot offer refunds based on taste alone.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the food.
Exclusions/Assessment
- Upon receiving your request, our team will review the information provided and assess the situation.
- If your request is approved, we will process the refund for the uneaten portion of the order.
Exclusions:
- Refunds will not be provided for food that has been significantly consumed or altered in any way.
