Meet Chef Justin

Hey y'all! Popping in to introduce myself. I'm Chef Justin, the owner and Chef de Cuisine of Just In Case Catering, aka #bestchefintexas. 

That's a huge claim but it's because we go above and beyond to deliver your food dreams on your biggest days! 

I graduated from #LeCordonBleu in 2010 and slowly built my chops as a Pitt-master in several Southern BBQ restaurants across the metroplex. After 13 years in the food industry, I've learned two things: Good Food is an experience not afforded to all and Everyone deserves to eat good.
